Walcott is a small seaside village on the North Norfolk coast. With its long sandy beaches, traditional seaside shops, a cafe and public toilets it's a perfect park up for relaxing on the beach, using it as a base for exploring the beautiful North Norfolk coastline and Norfolk Broads or enjoying a beer and food at the now infamous (amongst vanlifers) Poachers Pocket pub, which is right on the sea front.
Free overnight parking is available alongside the sea wall, traffic can be busy during the day but it's relatively quiet after 7pm. Alternatively you can park for FREE at the poachers pocket pub, all they ask is that you enjoy a meal in the pub and you put your registration number in the parking register at the bar, easy! You can literally back up to the sea wall and be on the beach in 10 seconds!
